Shipping and returns

Every piece ships within a week of the firing, tracked, packed in paper. Change your mind within 30 days.

Shipping

Orders leave the studio within a week of the kiln opening, usually sooner. Standard delivery is $6 and takes 3 to 5 days after firing; it is free on orders over $150. Express is next day once the piece has cooled. Every parcel is tracked and you get the link by email.

We pack in paper and card, never plastic. Each piece is wrapped in tissue, nested in shredded card, and the box is taped along the edges so it survives a rough courier.

Returns

If a piece is not what you hoped, send it back within 30 days in its box and we refund the piece. If it arrives broken, send us a photo and we replace it from the next firing or refund you, your choice; no need to post the pieces back.
